WordPress Theme PSD file designing.

I had a thinking of designing of WordPress Theme designing since 2008. I was working at PixelNet Technologies then. I was working as SEO Team as Team Leader of Link Building by Blog Commenting Team.
That time the company start designing WordPress themes both PSD and fully coded themes. I took a look to the work and found that it is not hard to do. I personally tried that time for coding and designing theme and succeeded a little.
Later on I switched company and joined to a Hotel as I was a student of Hotel Management and became busy with new work line. As a result failed to continue previous work of preparing myself for designing and coding.

For last 6months I again felt that I need to start doing something beside running job and looking for new Earning Ideas. One of the Idea is Designing PSD Theme for WordPress sites. This time I was looking for a designer who is already expert fro designing PSD's and luckily got one too. But the main problem is I need to educate him about websites and their designs. Because though he has been designing PSD files but those are not for web designing. But he is really and expert of PSD designing. Today I am collecting some popular websites and taking the snap-shots as samples of designs of current web style trend and attaching one raw PSD web template for understanding the file type he will need to design.

Hope that he will get the idea within very short time and start designing new Templates.

First I'll be asking one or two sample of work from him as to justify his quality as web temple designer. If he can satisfy (hope he will do so) me then I'll offer him to design new templates and to sell those design to me. Because if I go to a sale percentage sharing, that might create some confusion in the future which will be bad for internal communication and trust and transparency.
I have some other thinking with WordPress theme designing but not writing anything of that in thins post. First let me see how it goes with only PSD designing and if things go positive then I'll give the update in another post about that and share the other Idea.
Let's start and give a try.

Un-wanted Leave from Office

My office run's 24/7. As a result all the stuffs need to maintain roster duty. Luckily as my station is in the Airport and from last December the Civil Aviation Authority has decided to repair the Runway they have shut down the Airport from 2300 hrs till 0800 hrs every day till further notice. So we the Airport stuff are not having any night duty from since.
In the month of February our management gave us 5th airport stuff as we have been asking for that for long time. By doing that we are now over populated in our work station. Our Team leader Mr. Mainuddin Ahmed Kiron (Ass. Airport Manager) decided to give our pending leaves so that all of us can have some relaxed time in our daily life. For doing that he has been giving us many leaves in every new schedules of duty roster. Now we are about to running out of our pending leaves. I had only 10 days left to take leave.
Last week when Mr. Kiron was preparing the new roster from 20th April to 3rd May (as we have 2 weeks duty roster) I asked him to give me 3 days leave from 19-04-13 to 21-04-13 because my marriage day is on 20th of the month. Instead of giving me 3 days he gave me 4 day's leave. I requested him not to give me more as I had only 10 days pending leave to take. But he didn't listen to me.
But when I went to hotel on 18th of the month I found that our Head of Department Mr. Gazi K Rahman extended my leave till 26th April. Now I am having 8 days of leave and no plan and no extra money in hand to make any plan. What a Luck.
I am passing 4th day of my leave today and 4 more day to go.
