WordPress Theme PSD file designing.

I had a thinking of designing of WordPress Theme designing since 2008. I was working at PixelNet Technologies then. I was working as SEO Team as Team Leader of Link Building by Blog Commenting Team.
That time the company start designing WordPress themes both PSD and fully coded themes. I took a look to the work and found that it is not hard to do. I personally tried that time for coding and designing theme and succeeded a little.
Later on I switched company and joined to a Hotel as I was a student of Hotel Management and became busy with new work line. As a result failed to continue previous work of preparing myself for designing and coding.

For last 6months I again felt that I need to start doing something beside running job and looking for new Earning Ideas. One of the Idea is Designing PSD Theme for WordPress sites. This time I was looking for a designer who is already expert fro designing PSD's and luckily got one too. But the main problem is I need to educate him about websites and their designs. Because though he has been designing PSD files but those are not for web designing. But he is really and expert of PSD designing. Today I am collecting some popular websites and taking the snap-shots as samples of designs of current web style trend and attaching one raw PSD web template for understanding the file type he will need to design.

Hope that he will get the idea within very short time and start designing new Templates.

First I'll be asking one or two sample of work from him as to justify his quality as web temple designer. If he can satisfy (hope he will do so) me then I'll offer him to design new templates and to sell those design to me. Because if I go to a sale percentage sharing, that might create some confusion in the future which will be bad for internal communication and trust and transparency.
I have some other thinking with WordPress theme designing but not writing anything of that in thins post. First let me see how it goes with only PSD designing and if things go positive then I'll give the update in another post about that and share the other Idea.
Let's start and give a try.

Un-wanted Leave from Office

My office run's 24/7. As a result all the stuffs need to maintain roster duty. Luckily as my station is in the Airport and from last December the Civil Aviation Authority has decided to repair the Runway they have shut down the Airport from 2300 hrs till 0800 hrs every day till further notice. So we the Airport stuff are not having any night duty from since.
In the month of February our management gave us 5th airport stuff as we have been asking for that for long time. By doing that we are now over populated in our work station. Our Team leader Mr. Mainuddin Ahmed Kiron (Ass. Airport Manager) decided to give our pending leaves so that all of us can have some relaxed time in our daily life. For doing that he has been giving us many leaves in every new schedules of duty roster. Now we are about to running out of our pending leaves. I had only 10 days left to take leave.
Last week when Mr. Kiron was preparing the new roster from 20th April to 3rd May (as we have 2 weeks duty roster) I asked him to give me 3 days leave from 19-04-13 to 21-04-13 because my marriage day is on 20th of the month. Instead of giving me 3 days he gave me 4 day's leave. I requested him not to give me more as I had only 10 days pending leave to take. But he didn't listen to me.
But when I went to hotel on 18th of the month I found that our Head of Department Mr. Gazi K Rahman extended my leave till 26th April. Now I am having 8 days of leave and no plan and no extra money in hand to make any plan. What a Luck.
I am passing 4th day of my leave today and 4 more day to go.

Our First Anniversary........

Yesterday was our First Anniversary. I have done nothing special for the day because of many reason which I'm not explaining now.
At the end of day my Mother gave us 1000 taka for both of us to buy something as we wish and cooked Polao, Chicken curry, Begun vaji and achar.

How to Start Developing Portfolio for Freelancing.

I have been looking in the top freelancing sites for few months. I applied many projects which can be done perfectly by my present skills. But the matter of sorrow is I don't have any completed projects to put on my Portfolio.
That is why no matter how nicely and perfectly I offer to the people they don't even try to hire me for their projects.
I was looking for the ways to solve this problem and talked with many people. Finally One of my well wisher advised me to study some more and by this time to join some Webmaster Forums. From there I can get some small task to do. First people my not want to give my any task but to get some work I could give them free of cost offer (Only small tasks which will not bother). If I could get some work in this way and provide generate good impression then people will know me and my quality of work. And also I can put those successful projects to my portfolios.
I think I can do that and put some of my leisure time to do so. I believe within few months I can able to get some serious task to complete by myself. Wish me luck everyone.

About Posponded Trip.

I was really sad for few days as our Rangamati trip was cancelled because of the political situation. I personally hate politics of our country. And now I am a victim of their activities.

Our going and coming way tickets were confirmed and also hotel rooms were confirmed till the day the trip was cancelled. From office it was told to us that if anyone want to go by him/herself then he/she can collect the tickets and hotel booking detail. But no one dared to do so.

I had spent the whole time sitting at home. I didn't even go even 2km away from home during that time. It was the worst vacation and one of the longest vacation (9 days) of my life.

Sigh.... :(

Out trip has been cancelled. I'll write detail on the next one. Really feeling sad.

Trip to Rangamati Update

It is now final that we are going to Rangamati on the 5th of March next if no emergency situation appears. We will start our journey by Train for Chittagong at the evening on 5th. Then in the morning from Ctg we will catch the Bus fro Rangamati.

One thing is really funny that after getting married I planned to visit the Sea with my Wife but the whole plan was postponed because of Hartal (political strike). And now we have planned again and again Hartal is going on in Bangladesh.
This time the Hartal is given by Jamaat-e-Islam party as a protest for War Crime Tribunal's Death Sentence of Jamaat leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee for his act during our Liberation War in 1971.

I am really praying hard so that our trip don't get ruined for the recent situation. May Allah help us all.

Movie update.

I've just finished the movie "The Three Stooges". It was a the most favorite TV Series of my childhood. I was really in love with them. The movie was made really perfectly but the thing is I have grew old. I felt that the actors are performing really great but I have lost the childish mind to enjoy the full fun of the movie.

Planing for a Trip to Hills.

My wife has joined a new company last month. She is a Web-Developer. Her company has decided to go to annual recreational trip to Hilly areas of the South-West part of Bangladesh. There are 3 District (Rangamati, Bandarban & Khagrachari) which are famous hilly area for visiting. But yet they haven't decided which one they will choose to visit. They office will bear 50% of the total expense.
It's a great offer for us both. After marriage we failed to go outside of Dhaka because of political situation. And later on we were busy to find suitable time to move. Now we have time and also we don't even arrange the total expense.

The date has been fixed on 5th of March but the place is not yet confirmed. I'll update when everything will be final.

Update about RM Dress Design

Hi every one. It's a long time I didn't give any update of anything. I was having very busy time. Now I'm little bit free and putting some update of my life.

You all know that me and my wife are trying to work on an online boutique business by facebook. Last month we got first order for dress designing. We are really excited about it. In this month we will deliver the dress to the customer. Let's see how much impression we can generate with our first work.
